As the sexy, smoldering, mysterious FBI agent Victor Machado in the CW’s new series Ringer, Nestor Carbonell makes that badge look oh-so-good! And with Ringer premiering tonight at 9 p.m. on the CW, we asked the hunky Cuban actor to tell us his favorite pick-up line, what he finds most attractive about the opposite sex, and what women like most about him.

You’ve kissed a lot of women on TV. What’s been the best onscreen kiss of your career?

With Shannon Kenny on the little indie, Attention Shoppers—then I married her.

What do you find most attractive about the opposite sex?

All the parts that must be legally covered. Oh, and the eyes too.

What do women compliment you on most?

My manners.

What’s your favorite attribute?

The brain.

How often do you work out?

Just enough to guarantee that I can see my kids graduate college—maybe even get married.

What’s the most disgusting diet you’ve tried to get in shape?

When I wrestled in High School: Tuna out of a can.

Have you ever had to shoot an awkward sex scene?

They’re all a little awkward.

If your character Victor Machado had a pick up line, what would it be?

Like Daniel Day Lewis in “The Unbearable Lightness of Being”: ‘Your

clothes… Take them off.’

In real life, your favorite pick up line is?

Honey, you awake?

Do you have a Latina TV crush?

There’s only one: Lupe Ontiveros.
