Always remember that you are not alone -according to the International Bi-Polar Foundation (formerly California Bi-Polar Foundation), 12 million Americans are affected. Mental Health Matters: Mental Health Matters (MHM) is a program of Mental Wellness Center designed to introduce basic facts about mental health to elementary, middle and high school students.

Depression and Bi-Polar Support Alliance: The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) envisions wellness for people living with mood disorders (depression and bipolar disorder).DBSA provides hope, help, support, and education to improve the lives of people who have mood disorders.

National Alliance on Mental Illness: The National Alliance on Mental Illness or NAMI works to support and educate the public about various mental disorders, with the goal of improving the quality of life for all people diagnosed with mental illness. NAMI’s web site provides the latest facts, statistics, and research advances on different types of mental health conditions.

American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP): Established in 1987, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is a voluntary health organization that gives those affected by suicide a nationwide community empowered by research, education and advocacy to take action against this leading cause of death.

Bi-Polar Caregivers: A useful, easily accessible information website for caregivers of people with bipolar disorder.
